Eclipse Helium Balloons – FAQ

How long will my balloons last?

At Eclipse Helium Balloons, standard helium-filled latex balloons float for approximately 7 to 10 hours. To extend the float time, we recommend adding Hi-Float (an extra $0.50 per balloon), which allows balloons to last 2 to 3 days, depending on temperature and conditions.
Foil balloons typically remain afloat for several days to a few weeks, making them perfect for early event preparation.

Is Hi-Float included in the price?

No, Hi-Float is optional and can be added to any latex balloon for just $0.50 extra per balloon. It's ideal for events where balloons need to stay up longer than a few hours.

How much notice do you need for large orders?

For orders of more than 100 helium balloons, we ask that you place your order at least one week in advance. This gives us time to ensure we have enough helium and stock to fulfill your order properly and on time.

What does the inflation cost include?

Inflation pricing includes helium gas and a ribbon for each balloon. Balloons and balloon weights are sold separately. Please let us know if you’d like to include weights in your order no extra charge for balloons arrangement .

Do you deliver interstate?

No, Eclipse Helium Balloons only delivers within Sydney and surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether your suburb is included, please call us.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Store pickup is available. You can choose to collect your order from our location at a scheduled time. Just let us know your preference when placing your order.

Can I request a custom balloon bouquet?

What days do you deliver?

We offer balloon delivery 7 days a week across Sydney. To secure your preferred delivery time, we recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends or busy seasons.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • For orders over $100, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to provide a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, or you may choose to receive a full store credit instead.

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used when rescheduling your event.

  • Same-day cancellations after helium has been added to the balloons are not eligible for a refund or store credit due to the perishable nature of the product.

  • To cancel or reschedule, simply give us a call and we’ll be happy to help
